Pricing
Clear costs. No surprises.
Under German law, a debtor in default must reimburse the costs of legal pursuit – including collection fees at the statutory rate (Sec. 288 German Civil Code, RVG). On success, it is therefore usually the debtor who pays, not you.
Our model
No base fee
Submitting and assessing your claim is free of charge. There is no membership and no annual fee.
On success: the debtor pays
Collection costs are charged to the debtor as damages for default, at the statutory German RVG rates.
If unsuccessful: small flat fee
If collection fails despite all steps, we only charge a pre-agreed handling fee – or, on request, pure no-win-no-fee. [Placeholder – define terms]
